The imports for the June quarter were: £2,382,403 against £2,027.788 1 last year, and exports £3,301,236 against £3,280,586 ; postal revenue, Q £55,772 against £67,883: telegraphs, £60,780 against £52,109. During the same period £297 10s worth of s discount stamps were sold and £IOB returned. Wellington took about two-thirds of the whole. 1 Tho excess of deposits in the Savings Bank over withdrawals was £117,498, an increase of £9OO.
