Captain Edwin wiress to-day : Wind between north-west and west and south at all places during the next twelve hours, but changing after that time to between north and east and south-east at all places northward of Thames and Manakau. Barometer rise slowly everywhere during next twelve hours, but falling at places north of Thames and Auckland. After that sea increasing on east coast north of East Cape, moderate elsewhere. Tides moderate ,on all western coast, increasing on all eastern coast. Strong easterly winds, probably with rain, are to he expected at all places north of tho Thames and Mauukau, and moderate to fresh westerly winds and fine weather everywhere else.
