ACTION AGAINST A CHEMIST
Alleged Unskilful Treatment BY TELEGRAPH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION. Wellingnon, This Day. A case is being heard at the Supreme Court before Mr Justice Edwards and a jury of twelve, in which W. C. Fitzgerald, the wellknown chemist, is sued by Thomas Ryan, hulk keeper, for £6Ol damages for ulleged unskilful treatment. The defence ia a general denial of the plaintiff’s statement of claim.
