THE GERMAN NAVY.
By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Pkb Press Association. Berlin, November 28. The German Navy Bill fixed the strength of tbe navy at 17 battleships, 8 ironclads, 9 large and 26 small cruisers, while the reserve was increased by two battleships and seven new cruisers.
The estimated expenditure for tbe new constructions, including artillery and torpedo armament, amount to 162 million marks £8,100,000 , and will be spread over a period of seven years.
