Bookmakers will bo excluded from the racecourse and enclosures which are tho Club’s privato property, and no betting will bo allowed except through the medium of the totalisator. Money will bo rocoived on tho usual conditions by tho Seorotary for investment on tho totalisator. All instructions must bo accompanied by cash or post office order, and must be in the hands of tho secretary not less than half an hour before tho advertised tinio for starting each raco. Contingent instructions will bo ignored. NOTICE TO OWNERS.
