The school includes all the various subjects of a Liberal English Education— French, Latin, Mathematics, Science, and Drawing. A limited number of boarders received. Mrs Sharman has had considerable experience in tuition, having for some years conducted a high-class school for girls in England. Pupils at that school were regularly successful in passing the Cambridge and Oxford University ; also Royal Acadamy of Music, Local Examinations, m any obtaining places in the honors list. Mrs Sharman expects to be able to maintain at her school at Pahiatua a similar high standard of efficiency. The Drawing and French classes may be joined by girls desiring to take those subjects only. Music lessons on piano and violin given by competent teachers.
