No entry will be received for any race except upon this condition—That all disputes, claims and objections shall be decided by a majority of Stewards, or those they may appoint. Their decision Upon all points connected with the cartying out of this programme shall be final. *2. All races upon this programme are open to “ Hacks” only. JJ. “Hacks” shall mean horses that have never won an advertised race exceeding the value of 40 sovs at time of start (Hack and Hunter races excepted), and that are not nominated for a Derby, Guineas, tit. Leger, or Sapling Stakes at time of start.
