CONDITIONS. 1. No deduction will be made from the advertised stakes. *2. Ail races on this programme are open to “ hacks ” only. U. “Hacks” shall mean horses that have never won an advertised stake exceeding the value of 40 sows at time of start (hack and hunter races excepted), and that are not nominated for a Derby, Guineas, St. Leg or, or Sapling Stakes at time ol start. 4. No entry will be received for any race, except on condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of the racing shall be settled by tin Stewards, <>r whom they may appoint, and their decision will be final. 5.
