An Occident occurred in Wakoman street last evening fortunately without serious consequences. Mr C. W. Leo was driving down tho road when bis horse allied at a trap lying on the roadside. Mr Lee got | out of the trap and was leading tko horse i when it again got restive. In trying to manage it. Mr Leo was thrown ‘to the ground the wheel of tho trap passing over I him, bruising and shaking him considerably. The trap was not injured. Messrs Sullivan, Williams and Maliony caught and secured tho horse, and assisted Mr Lee.
