Bingarooma oft' alone with the assistance 1 of the cruiser’* own engineers. The French warship Duffault was disablad at the tiroe owing to her having fouled with her cable. This I >ay. The Ringarooma is expected to-day. She is making water to the extent of one foot per hour, but the pump* easily keep it under. The New Hebrides. Svdney, September 25.
