'VTOTICE is hereby given that it is _i.\ the intention of the Pahiatua County Council, at a special meeting to be held on November 3rd, 1894, to confirm the Special Order making a by-law to regulate the width of tires on wheels of vehicles to be used on the metalled roads within the County of Pahiatua.
