JTAWKINS AND QUDAILLE have been instructed by the Public Trustee to sell by public auction at their brick mart, Pahiatua, on Thursday, 2nd August, 1894, at, 12 o’clock noon, the following property situated in Mangatainoka : All that parcel of land containing 10 acres, more or less, situate in the Provincial District of Wellington, and being section 22, Block XVIII., Survey District of Mangahao, and the appurtenances to the said parcel of land belonging or appertaining as the same is held under the Village Homestead Special Settlements Lease for 30 years from the 30th day of June, 1886, the annual rent being £2 5s per annum, payable halfyearly in advance. There is also an equal amount or further sum of £2 5s per annum owing to Government on advances mado to the original lessee. The particulars of the advance are to be ascertained by the purchaser. The auctioneer calls the special attention of those in search of good investment to this sale. Mangatainoka is the coming town !
