A sensation has been caused at Coolgardie through the seizure for debt of Cosgrove and Bayley’s south mine. The seizure w.*s made on a judgment trail* ferrod from Victoria to Perth for JC3OO. The company’s solicitor has commenced an action to recover £20,000 damages for lows of prestige and depreciation in the value of share*.
