rnHIS Brewery, which is so rapidly I gaining popularity in the colony, is admittedly turning out a class of Beer, Ale and Stout equal in quality to the finest English. Its special advantages are as follows :—The water used in brewing is from one of the finest springs in New Zealand, containing those particular qualities so essential for brewing purposes ; none but the best of malt and hops procurable are used; the brewing and management is in the hands of a thoroughly practical brewer from Burton-on-Trent, England, whose ability, attention, and cleanliness are marked features in the establishment. The bottled stout is highly recommended by the medical profession for invalids. The stout is supplied in bottles from one dozen upwards and in casks from ‘2 to f>4 gallons.
