PROPOSED DOAN No. 48—OHINEREIATA ROAD. is hereby given that it is the intention of tho Pahiatua County Council, with tho consent of the ratepayers interested, to raise a loan of Five Hundred Pounds under “ The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,” for the purpose of forming a portion of the Ohinerciata Road, commencing at its junction with the Upper Makuri Road, as far as funds permit. To meet the interest and annual charges of the said loan it is proposed to strike a special rate of Thrce-penco in the Pound on the rateable valuo, for the time boing, of the following sections—Sections 6,7, 12, IP, and 15, Block X., Makuri Survey District.
