WHAT IS THE COIN?

Place a shilling head upwards in the bottom of a tumbler. Then insert another tumbler in the first, holding it with its base an inch or two above the coin. If you now look at the coin from above it will seem very much smaller. Challenge any of your chums to say whether it is a shilling, a sixpence, or a threepenny piece.
