BEFORE LEAVING THE DOMINION ENTRUST YOUR AFFAIRS TO THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE If you are leaving the Dominion on business or pleasure entrust the care and management of your affairs during your absence to the Public Trustee, who is prepared to act as agent or attorney. The Public Trustee is represented in the I United Kingdom by the High Commissioner for New Zealand, and has special facilities for the remittance of funds overseas. . Personal Administration AND Guarantee Against Loss The benefit of personal administration which has been the basis of confidence in the legal profession is now safeguarded by the establishment by Act of Parliament of a Guarantee Fund for the purpose of reimbursing any person who may suffer loss by reason of misappropriation by a solicitor or his employee or agent.
