TOC H MOVEMENT.

WELLINGTON. April 21. The fourth conference of the Toe II movement was held in Wellington during Easter, and 24 delegates representing Auckland, Hastings, Wanganui. Nelson, and Christchurch were present. It was decided that Wellington should be the headquarters for the ensuing year, and a Dominion Council was established. The election of officers resulted as follows: —President, Sir A. H. Russell; vicepresidents—Sir R. Heaton Rhodes. Sir A. Roberts, the Archbishop of New Zealand; administrative padre, Padre 0. W. Williams; Dominion registrar and treasurer. Mr R. Kemp; Dominion secretary. Mr S. M. Youmans; Dominion auditor, Air E. A. Feist; Dominion Council—Messrs S. J. Harrison (chairman), G. Y. Silver, and C. Clarke.
