A WIN FOR AGRION. SYDNEY, February 4

Agrion, the former New Zealand Derby winner, who is now in Western Australia, won the Trial Stakes, of £P'3, at Canning Park meeting on Saturday. The victory was made possible by the following conditions:—“ For all horses that have not won or received a stake for a flat race of the net value of £5O sterling since September 1, 1929.” Agrion carried 10.0, and ran seven furlongs in Imin 29 l-ssec.
