An unenviable experience befel a visiting motorist while proceeding along the Crookston road last week (says the Tapanui Courier). A hawk, which was feeding on a rabbit by the roadside, flew up suddenly and struck the wind shield, iH’eiiKing tv vO pieces, i-ottum cCiy, neither of the passengers w'as injured.
