During the school jubilee celebrations a party of ex-pupils visited Mr and Mrs Crawford and presented a token of esteem. Mr Crawford, who will be 100 years old at Easter, is a Crimean veteran and the oldest resident in Naseby, there being only 20 people in the settlement when he arrived. Mrs Crawford is now 85 years old. Our photographs show friends and the old couple when the presentation was made. -E. A. Phillips, photo.
