“Our teaching staffs have worthily upheld their positions during the year, and have given loyal and efficient service,” remarked the chairman, Mr J. Clark Thomson, at the meeting of the Hawke’s Bay Education Board in Napier recently. “ The inspectors’ reports on the schools show that with few exceptions the children are receiving efficient instruction. I extend to all teachers my congratulations on their having completed another very successful year’s work.”
