Many novel excuses are advanced by people who have no desire to make a will, but that which was spoken of by a witness in a Christchurch Supreme Court action will take a lot of beating (says the Christchurch Sun). Asked what the defendant had said when she was asked to make a will, witness replied: “ She would not hear of it. and said that when people made a will they were likely to be * done for ’ on account of the ndo-cy.”
