In these circumstances it is not surprising that fears are being entertained that a number of small retailers, including the owners of returned soldiers’ stands in the. streets of the city, will be forced out of business. This was effective for only a brief time, when doubts arose as to its legality. Now everybody is being given a free hand, with the consequences here recorded.
