MR T. M. WILFORD.

WELLINGTON, August 2. Mr T. M. Wilford, M.P., returned by the Maunganui to-night after a world’s tour.

The injuries were received when a motor car in which he was riding collided with a motor lorry, and Mr Wilford, jun., had his head badly cut and his shoulder broken. Mrs Wilford remained in London to nurse him.

“ The best part of the trip,” declared Mr Wilford, “ was to-night, as I have just received a cable message from my daughter Isobel stating that she has been given a star part in lan Hay’s new play, which opens in London on August 14.”
