CUN CLUB. Good sport was obtained at Alexandra when about 20 district shooters competed for the memorial cup presented by Mr D. Provan, Mr R. Rain fell at intervals during the afternoon. CRIBBAGE TOURNAMENT. V The last cribbage tournament arranged by the Commercial Travellers’ Club was won by Messrs E. Harraway, P. Stabb, and W. Ruffell. About 60 players took part, and a very enjoyable evening was spent. In presenting the prizes, Mr A Smelhe (vice-president) referred to the increasing popularity of these gatherings, and said that it was the intention to hold’ a cards’ tournament once a month. He congratulated the management on the success of the evening.
