At the monthly meeting of the South Canterbury Automobile Association, which was held on Tuesday night, Mr W. T. Ritchie said that he noticed that several new cars in Timaru had contrivances for “ dipping ” headlights, and he wanted to know how the new regulations affected such cars (reports the Herald).
