The statement of accounts showed: Unsecured creditors, £1307 16s lOd ; assets and stock in trade, £100; book debts estimated to produce £329 8s od ; cash in hand, £l2B 9s; deficiency, £730 19s Id. The principal creditors were the Hydra Bacon Company, Auckland £595 16s 9d; E. L. Bates, £350; Finch and Son, £Bl • Marton Bacon Company £96 17 s Id. H At the close of the proceedings' the Assignee said that all he could do was to realise on the assets. The meeting was adjourned sine die.
