The major portion of the entry was made up of prime bullocks, with a small proportion of oow s and heifers, of which a few pens were rather plain. The sale opened at 20s under last week’s rates, but a slight improvement was noticeable towards the close. On the average, 15s per head would cover the decline compared last sale.
