Placed horses doing better time than that specified in their class may be nominated for a higher class at the meeting. Nominations may be made at any time up to half an hour after the finish of the last race on the first day. All entrances and acceptances, acc’om panied by the full amount in cash, must be in the hands of the Secretary before 5 p.m. on their respective dates, unless stated to the contrary. All races will be run under the rules ot the New Zealand Trotting Association. Every person applying for admission to any course, and every person entering <-r endeavouring to enter a horse for any race, and every person having or subsequently acquiring any interest in such horse, shall be deemed to accept all the conditions and restrictions imposed or implied by the Rules, and to be debarred from questioning tbe action of the Conference, Appeal Judges, Association, Club, Racing Club or body, Committee, Stewards, officials, agents or eer vants in respect of any such nerson or horse, or any person connected therewith, otherwise than is provided for in such of the Rules in Par' 111 hereof as relate to appeals to the Conference, and In Part XXX of the Rules. Owners of horses -starting for the first time after being registered with the Association must produce their copy of the completed registration form to the Stipendiary Steward at this meeting. The horse must be produced for inspection one hour befsre starting time of first race.
