J ! -g O T I C E«f On 19th March. 1927, a Petition was , presented to the Court of Session in Scotland under the Presumption of Life Limitation Act, 1891. to fix the date of death' of ANGUS KERR, who was a brother of Mrs Margaret Kerr or Clinkskil, of Bunawe Cottage, Tarbert, Loehfyne, Argyllshire, Scotland. The said ANGUS KERR went to New Zealand over twenty, years ago, and when last heard of by his relatives in Scotland he was at Robinson’s La Creek Farm, Dunedin, New Zealand. Having on 2nd December, 1927, taken proof in the above Petition, the Lord. Ordinary (Fleming) reserved further consideration thereof until notice of its presentation had been made by advertisement once a week for three successive weeks in the OfTigo Witness newspaper, Dunedin, New Zealand. .
