BROWN.—On January 14, 1928, at Dunedin, 18755 Private Alexander L. Brown (late N.Z.E.F.), eldest son of the late James and Agnes Brown, of Hanover street; aged 66 years. “At rest.” IN MEMORIAL.
JOHNSTON.—In loving memory of our dear son, William B. Johnston, sth Reinforcements, 9/1060, killed in action at Ypres, January 10, 1918. “Gone, but not forgotten.”—lnserted by his loving father and mother.
JONES.—In loving memory of our dear son and brother, Corporal Joshua A. Jones, Main Body, who was killed in action in France on January 10, 1918.—Inserted by his loving parents, sisters, and brother, Glenpark, and J. and W. Dunlop, Brydone. SIMPSON.—In loving memory of 22120 Private Herbert Simpson (16th Reinforcements), who died from wounds received while in action, “ Somewhere in France," on January 10, 1918.
