When speaking of hoardings to a Wanganui Chronicle man the other day Mr S. Hurst Seagar said it was quite incorrect to say that newspapers advocated the abolition of hoardings because it would remove some competition in the advertising field. “Disfiguring a city is not good business,” he said.
