A Rugby enthusiast lias brought forward an excellent suggestion in reference to the comfort of spectators at the weekend matches. “These wintry days freeze one to the marrow,” he said to a Rugby official, “ and it's none too comfortable sometimes in the cold and rain watching the matches.
