DISALLOWED BY COURT; \ AUCKLAND. March 11. ’ Mr Justice Herdman delivered judgment to-day in the case brought by Georgo Hutchison, solicitor, against the Native Trustee, in which the plaintiff sought t« recover from the defendant, who is administrator in the estate of Puhi Maihi, over £l9OO for costs incurred and money lent, and for interest. Puhi Maihi committed suicide in January, 1923. The value of his estate, liis Honor was informed, was about £l4OO. The effect of the judgment is that the plaintiff’s claims for £650 and £717, and the claim for interest were disallowed, and the whole of his claim for £634, excepting a small sum, disappears too. The judgment went in favour of defendant on the counter-claim, and a decred was made .that the mortgage si birld b< delivered for cancellation. ,
