MATERNITY NURSING.
The candidates at the State maternity examination held on January 26 and 27 who passed first was Helen Satchell. R.N., Batchelor Hospital, Dunedin. The successful candidates at the State midwifery examination included the'following:— Passed with 75 per cent, and over.— Bennington, Violet, R.N., St. Helens Hospital, Invercargill. Also passed;—Milne, Jessie, R.N., Edinburgh Maternity and Simpson Memorial Hospital and St. Helens Hospital, Dunedin; Thomson. Mary, R.N., Batchelor Hospital, Dunedin.
