RECORD TRICES OBTAINED. SYDNEY, February 2. Several well-known New South Wales sheep men.have paid within the past week record prices for New Zealand Romney Marsh sheep. Mr W. Glasson, of Molong, gave 500 guineas for a four-tooth ram from the stud of _Mr Matthew's, of Waiorongomai, and 155 and 150 guineas fr two other rams. Mr G. N. Magill, of Molong, purchased a number of ewes. Mr A. S. Carr, of Goulburn, paid 600 guineas for a two-tooth ram from the stud of Mr Ernest Short of Mahua, near Feilding. This animal is described as one of the best in New Zealand.
