PRESENT METHODS CRITICISED. CHRISTCHURCH, January 17. That the publicity of New Zealand overseas should be in the hands of a board composed of astute business men, and not in the hands of the Government, is the considered opinion of Mr Gladstone Hill, who has just returned to Christchurch after a lengthy tour embracing South Africa, England, America, and Canada.
