Three young Sydney men, accompanied by Captain Baird, formerly a pilot at Port Macquarie, have just made a remarkable voyage from Port Jackson to Cairns and back in this 24-footer. It took them three months, and though they experienced the worst weather possible for part of the trip, they got back safely, and thoroughly enjoyed the novel holiday.
