GIRLS MOLESTED.
YOUNG MAN SENTENCED. DANNEVIRKE, September 10. Three informations charging hitn with assaults on girls were preferred against Herbert W. Morgan, a young man, in the Datuievirko Magistrate’s Court. Accused admitted the charges. It was represented by the police that accused had been hanging round streets following girls home at night. This was what had occurred in the cases which were the subject of the charges. On one occasion he had attempted to kiss one of the girls. Accused, who had been in trouble proviously, was sentenced to a month’s imprisonment on one charge, and Was convicted and discharged on the others.
