WELLINGTON, June 23. An agitation is still "oing on against the cash-on-delivery parcel system of the Post Office. . Representations were made to the Chamber of Commerce that it assists traders at Home to the disadvantage of traders in New Zealand, and enables them to escape many charges that the latter have to bear.
