Ernest Thomas Reid was chaired at Blenheim last week with a breach of the Marriage Act i»y making a f alse declaration regarding bis age stating it was 30 when he was actually 40 years jf age. He married a girl whose age was given as 16. He pleaded guilty, and was committed for sentence.
