Some 500 natives of the Cook Islands foupht in the Great War, and it has been decided to commemorate tlieir services by a roll of honour, which is to be placed in the courthouse at Rarotonga. The names have been inscribed in goldleaf lettering An a panel of heart ot rimu, and the work has been artistically carried out at the Public Works Department workshops in Wellington. The record will be forwarded to Rarotonga at an early date.
