The Abstract of Statistics for April contains the following miscellaneous information : Vital statistics, 1925: Rates p*r 1000 of mean population—births. 21.17; deaths, 8.29; marriages, 7.85; infantile mortality, rate per 1000 births, 59.96. Agriculture-acreages, 1924-25: Wheat, 166,964; oats. 147,387; barley, 25,138: ryegrass, 66,764; cocksfoot, 12,258; potatoes, 23,092.
