“You are getting a magnificent class as far a* immigration to New Zealand is concerned. Within the limits of the system you are using now I do not think that you could be better served You could not get better people because you are getting the best available. T do not think bettor migrants have ever left any country.” Such was the opinion expressed on Tuesday in Invercargill by Mr Percy Hunter, general manager of tne Pacific Cable Board in the Pacific, who was for many venrs in 'hanre of the Commonwealth immigration office in London.
