Dr Rangihiroa Buck, director of Maori hygiene has been visiting The Teko, Matata, Maketu, and Te Puke, and other settlements around the lakes (reports the Poverty Bay Hearld), for the purpose of making a health survey of these villages in accordance with instructions from the Hon. J. A. Youftg, Minister »f Health. A more intensive health survey will be made in connection with Wbakarewfcrewa and Ohineinutu.
