ANZAC DAY GREETINCS.

MESSAGES FROM ABROAD. WELLINGTON, May 1. The following cable messages have been received by the Defence Department conveying Anzac Day gretings. From Field Marshal Sir William Birdwood, Commander-in-Chief. India: “On the eleventh aniversary of Anzac Day I wish to convey my greetings and remembrances to all N.Z.E.F. comrades and the people of New Zealand. (Signed) Bird wood ” From the Australian Defence Forces: “The Australian Forces send kindest greetings to New Zealand comrades on the anniversary of Anzac landing.’’
