SWIMMING SPORTS.
BOYS’ HIGH SCHOOL. The annual swimming sports of the Otago Boys’ High School took place in the presence of a full muster of the boys at the Municipal Baths on Friday afternoon. Members of the Board of Governors, as well as a number of other visitors were present to witness the contests, which were entered upon with characteristic enthusiasm by the boys. The best performance of the day was that put up by Fogg in the 50 yards championship, who equalled the school record of 29see. The senior championship wa-s won by Fog" with 12 points. Jolly being second with 4. Harland won the iunior championship with 12 points, Gilroy coming second with four. Four points were allowed for a win. two for second, and one for third.
