SUNSHINE AND SUCCESS
Success always follows the sunshine at Logan Park, and in the warm summer weather f>n Tuesday, thousands of visitors entered the Exhibition from the time the main gates, opened in the morning until late in the evening. It was a typical outdoor holiday—warmth, music, and the chatter of happy throngs spelt success for all. In the heat of the afternoon, when the sun blazed down on the white, glistening buildings with tropical strength, the majority of visitors spent their time in the Grand Court, where the 95rd Highlanders played, and in the Amusements Park, where every device worked at full capacity, but the mild evening ihat followed found every part of the Exhibition crowded with sightseers. There were several special attractions, including the concert by the Exhibition Orchestra in the Motor Pavilion but no department could claim more than its fair share of the throngs; 16,500 people entered during (he day and evening.
