GOVERNOR-GENERAL'S APPRECIATION.
The following graciously appreciative letter of thanks has been received by tho Chairman of Directors (Mr J. Sutherland Ross) from his Excellency the Gov-ernor-General : Dea-r Mu Boss,—Will you please convoy to the directors of the Exhibition, the most sincere thames of her Excellency and myself for tho great courtesy shown to at during the past fortnight. It has been a great pleasure to have been associated with the Exhibition in its opening days, and our only regret is that time has rot a’owed us to see one half of'its wonders. We again offer you our sincere congratulations on tho success of this wonderful undertaking, and our appreciation of all, the thought and trouble expended by Mrs Ross and yourself and by all officially connected with the Exhibit'd! in arranging for our visits.
